Only workspace admins can change mates. You can look around.
Meetings
Send one to three mates into a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting of your organisation. They join as “Name (AI)”, say they are AI, and answer by voice and in the chat.
Several mates join as one participant, each with its own voice: people address them by name, and the first one listens for decisions when nobody is named. Zoom asks the host to let them hear the meeting; Teams shows everyone a recording notice. Requests that need approval show up here, and in Teams a verified approver can also say “yes” in the meeting.

Team & access
Who can use the console and approve what your mates do. Everyone signs in with a code sent to their email. Admins manage everything and approve; members see the console read-only and are known to the mates (for example as assignees). Admins invite and remove members; only the owner makes someone an admin. Nobody can change or remove themselves or the owner.
They get an email with a link to sign in; the invitation becomes active with their first sign-in.
